Entry Guidelines

We are thrilled that you want to take part in our very first Misty Flicks Challenge. But before you register please make sure that you fit the below points.

• Submissions must be G or PG-rated.

• Created in New Zealand by NZ citizens, permanent residents or work visa holders.

• Your submission has a single-digit runtime (Over 1 minute under 10 minutes)

• Your submission will have the Misty Flicks Challenge splash screen.

• Your film includes a character named "Volt"

• Filmmakers maintain ownership and can enter other festivals post-Misty Flicks.

• Finalists will be screened at the annual Misty Flicks Film Festival.

• Entries to include separate video, up to 30 seconds in duration, with behind-the-scenes of cast & crew. And include at least one mention of the Misty Flicks Challenge. 

• Registration completed in time
